She graduated from The French Culinary Institute in 2010 and worked in various restaurants and patisseries in Europe and the US before joining our team.
Meet our cake designer, Asli.
After graduating from Marmara University Painting
Department with the highest rank, she had her master's degree in Gastronomy. She worked in industry-leading patisseries & hotels in Turkiye and the US. She recently had her international Qualification Certification as a pastry cook in 2022.
